All pets must be a minimum of eight (8) weeks of age at the time of transport when using our pet travel services through The Cuddle Cabin. The individual arranging or requesting transport, whether it's for dog travel or using a flight nanny, certifies that the pet meets this age requirement as of the scheduled pick-up date. By signing or submitting payment, the client affirms the pet’s age eligibility for safe and reliable pet transport.
The seller and buyer agree to meet the assigned Flight Nanny at the designated airport location at the scheduled time. All pets are transported in-cabin only, ensuring a comfortable experience for your furry friends with our cuddle cabin travel services. Under no circumstances will pets be transported in cargo, as we prioritize safe and enjoyable pet travel.
A valid Health Certificate issued by a licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine is required within thirty (30) days of the scheduled delivery date for pet transport, including cuddle cabin travel. The original certificate must accompany the pet during transport, as medical or vaccination records cannot substitute the required Health Certificate. For those utilizing pet travel services, it's crucial to ensure that pets over sixteen (16) weeks of age also have a current Rabies Vaccination Certificate. This is especially important for those considering dog travel or hiring a flight nanny.
Clients utilizing our pet travel services are required to provide a small, sealed bag of food sufficient for their dog's travel duration. This bag must be clearly labeled with the pet's name and detailed feeding instructions, including the amount and frequency. During cuddle cabin travel, fresh drinking water will be provided throughout transport by the flight nanny.
Pets must fit comfortably in an FAA-approved, soft-sided carrier not exceeding 18” x 12” x 12” and weighing no more than twenty (20) pounds, including the pet. This is crucial for safe pet transport during your cuddle cabin travel. Failure to accurately disclose weight or size may result in denial of transport without refund, which can be avoided by using reliable pet travel services. A small pet bed that complies with airline carrier requirements may be provided for your dog travel needs. Oversized items will not be accepted at pick-up, ensuring a smooth experience for you and your flight nanny.
We reserve the right to refuse transport of any pet that requires a muzzle or restrictive device during cuddle cabin travel. Our handlers also reserve the right to decline the transport of any pet exhibiting aggressive behavior, ensuring the safety of all during dog travel. Additionally, pets must be clean and free of odor at the time of pick-up. If airline regulations prevent transport due to odor or hygiene concerns, pet transport may be denied, and the full transport fee will remain due. Our flight nanny services prioritize the well-being of your pet, so please ensure they meet these requirements for a smooth experience with our pet travel services.
A deposit is required at the time of booking for our cuddle cabin travel services. The remaining balance for pet transport is due in cash at pick-up unless otherwise agreed.
For dog travel or transports scheduled within fourteen (14) days of the service date, full payment is required at booking. Please note that all PayPal transactions are subject to a 5% processing fee.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances; however, clients may request to reschedule a delivery date based on availability, especially for flight nanny services.
No refunds will be issued if transport is denied due to inaccurate weight disclosure, incomplete documentation, or failure to comply with stated requirements related to pet travel services.
All parties must arrive promptly at the designated airport meeting location for pet transport. A late fee of $150 will be assessed for any party more than fifteen (15) minutes past the agreed meeting time. This late fee must be paid prior to the release or receipt of the pet, ensuring smooth coordination for your cuddle cabin travel. Meeting locations are typically at Baggage Claim or the TSA Security Checkpoint area unless otherwise coordinated. Curbside service may be available when permitted, especially for those utilizing our pet travel services, including our flight nanny for dog travel.
Pick-up and delivery dates for our pet transport services are estimates. All Flight Nannies travel equipped for overnight stays to ensure the safest dog travel experience. While we make every effort to adhere to requested dates, unforeseen circumstances—including weather conditions, oversold flights, or other events beyond our control—may impact scheduling for your pet travel services.
Except in cases of proven negligence, both the seller and buyer assume all risks associated with air transport. The Cuddle Cabin travel team is not responsible for pre-existing health conditions (whether known or unknown) or events beyond our control.
If required documentation is incomplete, or if no authorized party is present at the agreed time of pick-up or delivery, transport may proceed without the pet, and the full transport fee will remain due.
Photos taken during cuddle cabin travel may be featured on The Cuddle Cabin website and social media platforms for promotional purposes, showcasing our dog travel, flight nanny services, and overall pet transport and travel services.
By submitting payment for pet transport services, including cuddle cabin travel and dog travel, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full, which also apply to our flight nanny services.
