A deposit is required at the time of booking your flight nanny service to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due in cash at pickup. For pet transport scheduled within two weeks of the service date, full payment is required at booking. Please note that all transactions are subject to a 5% processing fee. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances; however, we are pleased to accommodate one rescheduled delivery date when needed through our pet travel concierge services.

Space is limited for your pet transport, so any items traveling with your pet must fit inside a small backpack and comply with TSA guidelines. We recommend: a small, sealed bag of dry food, a favorite small toy, and a small blanket with a familiar scent. No eating at least 2-3 hours prior to pick up.
